I have recently taken my 2 dogs for annual vaccines and each time, the staff was great… even though my Great Danes are a handful! Out West is lucky to have Ali in a leadership position!

I love this clinic for my beloved pup! Everyone, and I do mean everyone I’ve encountered here has been so kind! We were out of town with our fur baby when he ran out of his prescription dog food, I called them to send his prescription over to the nearest vet and they didn’t hesitate. They’re awesome and definitely show a great love for what they do. I know my pup is in great hands when dealing with them!

It was after hours on a Saturday afternoon for my dog's regular vet. I called and they were able to see my dog that afternoon. The staff and vet were all courteous and efficient. I was very pleased with the care they provided for my dog.
