Our home projects included reconfiguring a closet, creating a pantry, installing a tankless water heater, separating a shared dryer vent, and repairing the pull down ladder access to the attic. What could have been a messy, drawn out ordeal was a seamless process that was completed in a timely manner. We were kept up to date on who would be arriving and what they would do. Every tradesman was very professional and cleaned up once their work was completed. Thank you Kordsmeier team! Very happy to give them a recommendation!
