The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful. Deidra was amazing. She massaged my kinks out on my back and shoulders and I wasn’t even a little sore the next day. I will be back to visit her again.
I had the pleasure of seeing Deidra for a one-hour massage, a thoughtful gift from my mother-in-law while I was in town for the Fourth of July. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that Deidra takes genuine pride in her work. She listened carefully as I shared details about my movements and recent training routines, then applied her expertise with both skill and intuition—finding and attending to every area in need, even those I hadn’t realized were tense.

Deidra was excellent from beginning to end. Her attention to details showed during my whole appointment from asking specific questions about pain to providing suggestions on things to try post appointment . I appreciate her being intentional in providing a positive and relaxing experience.
