Allison has been helping me with a warranty issue on my Fridge for the past 2 days. She has been nothing but kind and polite, even though the situation has been frustrating, out of her hands, and she could have washed her hands of it after the 2nd phone call. She even went so far as to stay on the phone with me and the company (who’s been giving both of us the run around) to try and get me help sooner. I have nothing but amazing words to say about Allison! thank you so much for all your help!!

I needed a part for my washing machine and they had to order it. There was a weekend in a holiday so I called after the holiday to check about it. She checked the tracking to see where the part was. The next day it came in and they got the part on there and now I have a washing machine again! They did exactly what they said that they would do and the cost was what they told me it would be. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service! It was easy to schedule my repair appointment. The tech was timely and respectful. I received a reasonable estimate for repair and service was quickly resumed as soon as the part was acquired. In the end, the part replacement did not fix the problem. I was charged a fair fee for the service call and given a good recommendation for a new appliance. I’m grateful for an honest technician that I can trust to truly give me the best results for my money and not overcharge me for services that won’t help me.
