The pods are the best anywhere. They keep you in 1 place and have no light or sound (unless you want music).

I am obsessed with this place!! Seriously if you’ve never been it is absolutely worth a try! I’ve been several times but I remember my first time I did the beginning package with an added on massage with aromatherapy and OMG it was heaven sent. As a school teacher I hold a LOT of tension in my shoulders and clench my jaw but after floating and relaxing I finally felt relaxed enough that I wasn’t clenching my jaw or scrunching my shoulders. I was headache free for weeks. Jen and her team are amazing people who are thoughtful, caring, and inclusive. Not once did I feel out of place or awkward. Give them a try! It’ll be your new obsession, I promise!

I was hesitant about exactly what to expect trying the float spa for the first time. I truly did not understand just how amazing a float experience would be. Jennifer walked me through every step of the way assuring me and answering all of my questions. The spa is beautiful and so clean. The experience was amazing and I can’t wait to go again. So relaxing.
