Rhonda Dixon and Dr. Massey are great healthcare providers. However, their office staff needs some work. Over the past few months it has been a struggle to get my medicine refilled in a timely manner. Next time, I will ask to speak to the nurse. I called to remind them today and the receptionist I spoke with just sounded annoyed. This is definitely not my first time having issues with the staff. It also seems like I’m not the only having issues judging by the reviews. They need to get it together or they will run their patients off. I have a disabled brother. Started with Megan Mallett, changed to Dr Cox, had to go back to Mrs Mallett. Through all that, they have been very patient with him. I had to get labs done. I only have a short time to do this in. I was trying to explain all this to the office staff, they kept calling the nurse about it, I kept Apologizing for bugging them about it, they were very understanding.

So I’m currently on hold at this office for now over ten minutes, my wife had a good experience with the nurse that’s why it’s even getting two stars. Don’t try and call because you’ll either get the busy tone or you’re on hold forever
