Would not recommend. Had some blood work show a potential issue and was told to google information on the recommended diet, which is extremely unprofessional and horrible advice. When I sent a message asking for better information the response was “I called you and went over stuff and google is a perfectly valid tool for medical advice”

They spent more time trying to defend their unprofessional behavior than they did giving actual medical advice.

The problem that needed to be addressed wasn't. IT showed for 3 years in his bloodwork it was his testosterone. Never addressed. Shouldve been referred to find the underlying issue. The decision was to poly-stack psych meds. Even when he said he was suicidal in 2 different appts there was no safety plan, family not notified, no intervention, no advocating for his health or safety. She met him Feb and started this regime of poly-stack med and upped them twice. She saw him 3 times in person (starting Feb and upped his doses twice after that?) I am deeply disappointed in the way Prince Street Medical Clinic handled my recent appointment. After experiencing a devastating personal loss—my sister’s passing—I had to cancel my appointment. Instead of receiving any understanding or basic human compassion, I was met with complete dismissal.

Rather than acknowledging the situation with empathy, the clinic treated me as if my grief was an inconvenience. They showed zero regard for the circumstances and made it clear that their rigid policies mattered more than basic decency. A medical facility should uphold not just professionalism, but also humanity. This clinic failed on both fronts.
