Conway Regional Hendrix Medical Clinic is a primary care provider that serves Hendrix students, faculty, staff, and the local community. While there have been some issues with call forwarding and wait times for appointments, patients praise the excellent care provided by the nurse practitioners and doctors, especially Nurse Neecie. Calls are always forwarded to the "our normal business hours are... Goodbye" message for at least 10 minutes after they open or return from lunch. If you're not gonna take calls, just change the hours so people aren't having to guess when you're gonna decide to answer the phone. Also constantly having to sit on hold just to get an appointment now a days.However, the nps and docs here that I've seen (especially nurse Neecie) are incredible.
I just left this office with my 20 yr old son with autism and EVERYONE from the front desk to the back of the house was amazing. Great suggestions. Careful and respectful. Clean and sanitary. No wait. This was such a relief to find such great care on a Saturday evening. Thank you all...
Extremely kind and understanding, not judgemental like a lot of places. They made me feel comfortable and cared about, in a way that was genuine and unlike any other office I've been to. I've seen them on multiple occasions, I even went to see them after a negative ER experience and they did everything that the ER neglected to do.. like prescribing me the correct medication and ordering x-rays!
