Dr. Kasey in the Sherwood office provided exceptional care during my recent visit. She truly understands hearing difficulties—especially how devices handle everyday sounds like traffic while walking the dog or conversations with tellers. She listened carefully to my experiences and explained why too much noise reduction can make things feel too quiet and unsafe (like not hearing cars approaching from behind), but no reduction at all is also hard to adjust to as well. She skillfully repaired a possible factory defect on-site—replacing the receiver wire and fitting new receiver covers—without having to send it back to the factory, ensuring everything performs reliably.... read full review

I had to go get a hearing test I met Janet she was a great receptionist she check me in help me fill out all of my paper work I didn't know what to expect was going to happen but I was in for the surprise of my life I met the audiologist she ask me to explain why I was there she listen me the after getting the information then she explained what she was going to do she took her time very compassionate we got the test done she found out what the problem was then she ask me what I wanted to do we got that done I was so glad I found out what was wrong with me I have been dealing with this since February now I am so happy to move on with life she is very professional... read full review
