It’s been almost 7 years since my father and I have shared an activity together and our grand reunion happened on the mats at 501 BJJ. Jiu jitsu mends what is broken even if you didn’t know it needed to be fixed. This gym provided me with a safe, welcoming, comfortable, clean, and extremely friendly environment to train while visiting Arkansas! I’m eternally grateful for all the welcoming faces and training partners I had. If you live in the Conway area, this is where your time should be dedicated to! Thank you guys for receiving me ??
We've been taking our kids (ages 10 and 5) here for about 6-7 months now and they love it! The coaches are great with the kids and very welcoming. I started training in their Adult BJJ classes about 2 months ago and really enjoy it, once again everybody is super welcoming and helpful.
Wonderful gym filled with wonderful people! Great community to learn and grow in the beautiful art form. Welcoming of all skill levels with coaches that are qualified and deeply care for their students.
