I am blessed with having Dr Henry and his nurse Kayla as my providers when I come here and never leave a visit unsatisfied. My kids love both of them and very excited for the doctors. But I’ve noticed others really lack professionalism, compassion and manners. As I was waiting in the waiting room they came out to tell an older lady she was no longer a patient there because she had missed 2 appointments. As I know these are rules, this is where professional comes into play where you take that patient to the side and explain to them instead of embarrassing them in a lobby full of other patients. This lady explains she’s on dialysis, that is hard enough to deal with(compassion) you could redirect to a private setting or to talk to another provider that doesn’t have a stick up their butt and will work with her. Instead nursing assistant starts listing other providers with some of worst reviews in town to the patient and says they will no longer allow her there. You know who you are and you should feel embarrassed. If you want this place improved, start with a basic training of compassion and professionalism. As a healthcare worker, you should be ashamed. I’ve had my fair share of problems with staff that wasn’t in charge of my care and all I can say is DO BETTER. Would do 10 stars just for Dr Henry and Kayla C.

Jess APRN is a great medical professional. He takes his time and shows real concern. He won't stop till he gets down to the problem and doesn't hesitate one minute to send you on to a specialist if a problem not solved. The only complaint I have is front office their customer service is awful. What would it hurt to give a patient who's already feeling bad a smile and friendly demeanor? CMGs Doctors and APRNs are all 💯, oh and Dr. Woodruff saved my life partner's life by being a caring doctor and found the problem before it became a very big problem!

OH where do I begin? Dr. Henry and his nurse Kayla Cunningham are absolutely AMAZING! I'm not one to go to the dr ALL the time lol practically wait until I'm dying but anyway... I was trying to find a doctor that would see me until my insurance got approved. Dr. Henry didn't hesitate, not only does he genuinely care about me but he cares about my health for my baby boy! When you are a high risk patient and he GENUINELY cares it definitely makes a difference! Kayla is super great with an AMAZING personality, always helpful when I have questions, she always welcomes me with a smile. Before the doctor appointment is over we are all in the best moods! I truly am grateful for Dr. Henry accepting me as a patient and tackling my medical needs as quickly as possible! I'm ready for my baby boy to be here and Dr. Henry and Kayla to continue to see him as he becomes a lil man!!

So our child was just discharged from the NICU at children’s hospital yesterday. His Bilirubin levels were super high but they were able to get them down. The Dr there told us to have a follow up appointment with our son’s PCP. Our son’s PCP Is Jess Jordan who is absolutely amazing. He had been our daughter’s PCP for three years now and has been amazing. Every time we see him he always remembers our daughter even tho her appointments are a year apart. Well for today’s appointment unfortunately Jess was unavailable and we had to see Woodruff. If it were not for how down right amazing Jess Jordan has been for us we would have switched providers in an instant. We arrived today and there was one other patient in the waiting room. It was not super busy at all however we still had to wait over an hour in a room for Woodruff to make an appearance. She walked in and didn’t even bother to say high or introduce herself. She went straight for the sink and washed her hands then turned around and said “What do they want me to do?” We told her that Childers Hospital wanted a follow up appointment with our PCP to give him the once over to make sure he’s still doing good. She then rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, and put her hands up and said ”What’s a once over?” And we told her well they said he needed to be checked out to make sure he still looks good and Woodruff replied “Well I don’t know what he looked like before. I guess we will test his Bilirubin” She made me and my wife feel absolutely stupid for making this appointment today even though it was Children’s Hospital that directed us to do so. If we ever schedule an appointment and Woodruff is the one we have to see. We will reschedule to day that we can see Jess Jordan.
