Cherokee Village Specialty Care - White River Health

We had an AMAZING experience here. We were very lucky to come when there were very few other patients there. My sister dislocated her shoulder floating Spring River. We arrived at about 9:45pm and she was checked in and taken back immediately. The nurse triaged her quickly and Dr. Barnett came in as soon as the nurse left. He ordered an xray and just a few minutes later the xray was done and the doctor was giving us the results and plan. My sister was treated right away. The longest part of the process was waiting to leave, which we did at 11:45. We were there for only TWO HOURS. I am from the Dallas, TX area and that is just unheard of. Great Doctor (Bloch), friendly & helpful support staff, lousy patient portal that never works when you try to log in, your records can get really screwed up, and most referrals go to specialists that never call.

The convenience of the different departments in one place is nice. There are so many specialized doctors available for me to see without traveling out of town. My personal Dr is very knowledgeable and efficient. All the Staff have always been extremely professional and caring. Will recommend highly to anyone.
