Luke was very polite, on time, and was excellent on communication. I called him after buying a house with the original unit from 1997, he came out the very next day, gave me an estimate, ordered everything I needed, and had me all fixed up and ready for winter within a week! After-the-sale effort says a lot about the character of Nathaniel and Spring River Air. Even though our old and aging system needs more attention than we would prefer, Spring River Air has offered solutions and assistance beyond simple maintenance and repairs.
