This allowed our kids to be present as well and our pet to be rested and surrounded by his favorite things as he passed. “All the staff was super friendly and efficient at keeping everything moving quickly! The Doctor was very sweet to my two kittens and made sure I was aware of everything she was doing throughout the appointment. The put the kitties on a 4 part plan to make sure they get all the shots/treatment they need to stay safe and healthy and gave me an outline of what each appointment would look like and how much it would cost. Definitely recommend bringing your babies here!“

“My dog, Percy, has had two knee surgeries since October. He started limping at this time last year, and we found out he had grade 3 & 4 luxating patellas. He would have good days, but a lot of days were spent limping and walking slowly. Today, Percy went on a big walk that would normally end in limping and me dragging him along a bit. Instead, he was running ahead of me and I needed to keep up with him. He could’ve gone on forever! I am so thankful for Dr. Sharp and his team for providing him and I with great care and giving Percy the quality of life he deserves. He really is such a changed dog for the better. “So happy I could bring my cat here on a Saturday afternoon, when her normal vets office was unavailable. Dr. Bynum and staff were all very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

“Our sweet dog, Lola, was having major issues, due to her old age. We took her to the animal hospital in Springdale, where they just wanted our money, and to not help our dog; was there all day; sent us on our way thinking their expensive “out patient treatment” was actually going to help. No, our dog was unfortunately too sick.
I’ve never been to this vet before, but the next day after the hospital, I made an appointment with them. When my dog was getting worse, I rushed her over there before the appointment time. They saw us IMMEDIATELY.
Unfortunately, they gave us the news, but in the most gentle way. They could tell we were heartbroken. One of the girls even pulled me out of the waiting room, as I was just a mess and gave me some water.
The girls and the doctor were so patient and gentle. The doctor was very informative as well in a calm tone and that helps a lot. I’m not one for doctors sugar coating anything.

Anyways, we decided to go the cremation route. They gave us our own box, they went as far as making us a card and each of the staff writing a sweet message on it and signing it. Literally brought tears to my eyes, we were so touched.

In all my years of being a pet owner, I’ve never received such kindness from a staff. As well as giving such clear information.

I can definitely say; we will be keeping this vet for our other two dogs and cat!
