“I recently purchased a home and was anxious to tackle the interior updates, as it was somewhat outdated. Finally, after several months of countless hours I devoted to completing these tasks, I could finally relax. However, another project was about to begin. This project was landscaping design and it was long overdue. I didn't have a clue where to start, in addition to not wanting do it by myself. I was referred to contact NWA Landscape & Arborist. I contacted them and an appointment was set for a representative to come to my home and listen to what my vision was for my property to be transformed into what I had envisioned. However, the representative that arrived brought so many more ideas to my attention that I didn't think was possible. He was quick to come up with spectacular plans that was cost effective, dazzling in appearance, along with improving the overall value of my property. His layout was simplified and I was eager and excited for his company to begin. I had high expectations and NWA Landscape and Arborist exceeded in all categories!Communication, design layouts, promptness, estimated completion time (weather permitting), quality of materials and workmanship. Johnny and River carefully caught the goldfish, identified baby fish I didn’t even know were in there, and put them into a bucket of water while they worked. They cleaned out the pool and installed a new pump. Not only does it work, but also they figured out why the fountain had been slowing to a weak drizzle every few days. They (and my wonderful son in law Don) fixed that too. The fish are very happy, and so am I.“

“I love summer and getting outside but was mostly miserable by the end of any day from May to September for all my mosquito bites. I'd used West in the past for spiders in my house and was real pleased with them so thought I'd try the lawn treatment for biting bugs this year. I am super pleased with how much their treatment worked on getting the mosquitoes and gnats (or whatever those tiny biting things are) pretty much wiped out! Year after year I've had to wear all the bug sprays and stick on stuff or bracelets trying to keep me from turning into a giant welp every day! And -they only charge for the months you need them; plus the service guy Patrick was excellent about calling ahead so I could put my dogs up ahead of time. “All I can say about Joe Hatfield and his company is that everything was amazing. We had a pool built by an incompetent pool "builder" for our short-term rental in Branson and he completely botched the job. It left us with a huge eyesore and safety hazard and our rental income suffered greatly from it. In comes Joe, and he completely fixed everything and made this eyesore into a beautiful pool (all in less than 6 months)! This was a pretty big job too - new shell, new plaster, new patio, redo plumbing, etc.

His pricing was fair and there were literally zero surprises at all from him. He always responded quickly when we had questions and kept us in the loop at all times. Now we have zero stress about the pool and we are already getting great new reservations in because we have a working pool.
