Diego did a fantastic job getting our ac back up and running. Found our board and fan motor were bad, sourced them and got them put in on the hottest day of the year in our attic!! No complaints at all from Diego, just focused on getting the job done, and done right!! Definitely recommend and will call again if I ever have any issues or need to replace/upgrade in the future!
Absolute is just like their name they will do you a great job absolutely ! Mine was a new system with a little warranty work they got it fixed and we are back cooling ! They stood behind their work. Thank you from John DeWeese Construction.
Summer heat always exposes when your AC is struggling. Our unit stopped blowing cold last night. I made a call to Absolute Heating and Air at 7:30am, booked an appointment through the automated attendant and at 2:30pm, the unit is fixed and cooling. My technician, Nick Southworth, was on time and asked questions to understand what was happening. He quickly assessed the unit, confirmed the problem and got it fixed. I greatly appreciate the urgency and high level of professionalism.
