Having just moved to northeastern Arkansas from Tennessee, I was in desperate need of a general practitioner to give me the medical care that I need. After researching various clinics and reading many personal reviews, it was a no brainer to select Dr. Kelly at the Access Medical Clinic. From the wonderful and pleasant front desk, to the Dr. Rochelle being very thorough and proactive throughout my appointment. I'm very happy and excited knowing that my needs will be taken care of competently and aggressively as needed. Truly, it's a blessing that I found this clinic and it's caring personnel!
Rochelle was very attentive to what all had to say, & sent in prescriptions to my pharmacy . She truly is trying to figure out what is wrong with me & get it corrected. Hollie was super sweet as well. And excellent taking my blood, giving me me shot, & taking notes on everything I told her, so she could give it all to Rochelle.
This clinic is one of the best, if not the absolute best that I have ever been to. I had a primary care doctor that I saw for 3 years and they did not do even half of the things this clinic has done for me in a short time. Everyone who works here is kind, caring, attentive, and makes sure that every patient gets the right treatment they need. They do not rush through any appointments or try to get you out as soon as possible. They do everything in their power to make sure they actually take care of whatever issue you have.
