Family friendly staff. Nice waiting areas that are comfortable. Pharmacy directly attached so you don't have to go far if you get a prescription. Accepts Medicaid. Definitely recommend

Dr Crump is an amazing and respectful Dr. He makes sure that I understand everything to the detail, and so does his nurse practitioner, and his other nurses. I have the utmost respect for all of them.

Out of 40+ years of coming to Ouachita Valley Family Clinic, Yesterday’s encounter with Jean/Gene (she wouldn’t spell it for me) was the ABSOLUTE WORST.. from telling me she was the assistant of the Dr to the nurse is going to tell me the same thing she’s telling me to her being the only one in office to hanging up in my face. Upon calling back to speak with the office Mgr. She kept putting me on hold and after holding for however long she joins the call stating the message was sent to the nurse and that she’ll have the office mgr call me. as of 8/3/23 @11:45a I have not received a call..Coming from an office mgr of a Drs office myself, this behavior is unprofessional...read full review
