From First Choice Family Care

Full spectrum family medicine clinic. We offer many services such as, pregnancy care, delivery, newborn services, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, thyroid, hypertension, etc. We coordinate to offer allergy shots and other scheduled injectable medications. We also offer child and adult wellness. We do our labs, and our patient's labs from other providers in house.
