I got a mani pedi with gel and acrylic tips. The pedicure was good i got the gold package (the scrub is so nice) but the NAILS!!! julie made them look EXACTLY how i imagined them in my head she asked questions and was very good at communicating. The only reason its not 5 stars is there wasn't any cuticle prep before my acrylic annd there is glue on the underside of my nail. But im definitely going back. I was a walk in on top of all that! But definitely ask for julie shes awesome 😍
I don't know why there are such bad ratings. This salon in town is one of the best. It's always clean and looks nice. Not a gossip shop like some of the other ones where people never shut up. The people there are just as friendly as any other place. And they do a great job every time.
The man that works there wasn’t very pleasant and had an attitude about the service that I made an appointment for. Sometimes you have to confirm and ask questions about what the customer needs when making an appointment. Sometimes the customer simply does not know. Along with that he was trying to get me to do a different nail service and I expressed why I did not want that and was still giving me grief. The customer is paying so just move along with their request or maybe you should tell me where’s another place to go. Also when it came time to pay there is a $1 charge for debit card payment.
