Camden Monument Company
“We dealt primarily with Fordyce Monument Company (a branch office of Camden Monument) and they were very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. Ordering a monument is a very non-typical event for most people and it is refreshing to interact with someone who realizes this and who helps guide you through the process in a friendly, non-intimidating way. I felt like they were treating me as if I were a friend or family member. The process was laid out step by step and all instructions were clear and concise. Once we chose the monument and approved the mockup a reasonable turnaround time was given for placement. To our surprise they actually beat the turnaround time (by several weeks!) and gave us a heads up when the monument was to be placed. Although we live in another state, we were able to be present when they placed the monument and the gentlemen placing the monument were pleasant (even though it was 100+ degrees that day) and did a great job. It looks great and we are very pleased.”
