We dealt primarily with Fordyce Monument Company (a branch office of Camden Monument) and they were very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. Ordering a monument is a very non-typical event for most people and it is refreshing to interact with someone who realizes this and who helps guide you through the process in a friendly, non-intimidating way. I felt like they were treating me as if I were a friend or family member. The process was laid out step by step and all instructions were clear and concise. Mike and the crew at Camden Monument did amazing job. It took about 4 months longer than we were initially told and/or expecting. I did get a bit antsy (may or may not sent a few emails or called), but it was so worth the wait. The delivery crew was so kind. They explained the process and how to care/clean the monument. In addition, they set the foot stone my FIL earned from being a Marine. The monument is everything I wanted. I couldn’t be more proud and believe my FIL would approve.
