Went in looking for something specific they didn't have it or deal in it but took the time to help me find someone who did deal in the product that tells me they care about their customers
We had new hardwood flooring and carpet installed a by Swaim's Elite Flooring several months ago and it was a great experience! The entire team worked with us from choosing the design / material, coordinating the installation, and following up with us to check on our satisfaction with the whole process. The new flooring completely transformed our house and it looks as good today as it did on day one!
