Walked in the office expecting any other dental office, but was astounded by how it didn’t give off that dentist office vibe (which was a relief, since they make me nervous as it is). Did my initial visit scans and X-rays, where the nice lady explained everything she was doing and told me what to expect as she did it. The whole time I was sitting in the chair they made sure I was taken care of, and I felt like they were knowledgeable and that put me at ease. I would recommend this dental office to everyone I know. Rachel was extraordinary! She explained everything to me that she was doing. She was so warm and friendly. And the Dentist came in to examine me and explained a course of treatment to get my smile back. Then I was taken to billing and she talked to me about the VA portion that may be paid since I was sent there by the VA and other payment options for my treatment. I was so pleased with everyone. I felt so comfortable. The receptionists were both so friendly and professional. It was an all around great experience.
The team took great care to ensure the highest quality of care. They took their time, making sure to explain everything to me so that I would be more at ease. The whole staff did their best to make me feel comfortable, and make sure all of my needs were addressed quickly.
