“As I was waiting in a treatment room to finish my procedure, a dental emergency came into the room next to me. From what I understood she was a young exchange student who sounded extremely nervous. From what I could hear, Dr. Martin and his dental assistant were so very gentle and compassionate with her, explaining everything multiple times, taking each step slowly, always asking how she was doing and answering all her questions. It held my treatment up a bit but they were very apologetic and it was quite alright.They knew this person needed some extra TLC and that’s exactly what they gave her.“
