I've had to go in on a couple different occasions. The customer service is impeccable. I had a broken lock... It was fixed with spare parts. They go above and beyond what's expected. A quality that's hard to find now a days. Thank you.

The price was better than Whit Davis. My husband had to bring his measuring tape when picking up the trim. The guy in the trim room didn't have one. You would think they would have tapes everywhere when dealing with lengths of wood. Overall, it wasn't a horrible experience.

Chris Cobb and all the guys are so friendly, helpful and attentive. They care about your project whether it's big or small. Customer service at its best. Kayla Cooper is fantastic. I refer all my friends to her for flooring and design help. She has a great eye and can quickly help you achieve your design vision.
