Richelle is very professional and amazing at what she does. If you have pain or tension somewhere, she can get you on track again. The environment is comfortable and relaxing. The sessions always end too soon, because even after an hour, you'll wish there was more time.
Six years and still singing the praises of regular massage therapy with Richelle Danley, LMT! I no longer struggle with lower back pain caused from floor nursing body mechanics. Diverticulitis has not haunted me for 5 years. Even the sedentary lifestyle of ten-hour shifts at a desk, is mended by Richelle. Richelle is keeping me in the game. The advantages of lymphatic drainage and releasing the psoas (hip flexor muscle) on a schedule, are amazing tools for my overall health. Her ability to assess and relieve muscle tightness before I even know it, is the best preventative medicine money can buy!
