They were very kind to me, I approached them asking for advice and how to repair my wife's laptop. They gave me different options and talked me through explaining what each of the different options meant in regards to time, impact on my wife's digital files, etc. They were patient while I tried to speak with her while she was at work (I had day off my wife didn't) and at the end even though we couldn't get it fixed the same day due to issues, it gave my wife and I a starting point about how we want to proceed from there. Super awesome guys! They took the dedicated time to help me with my issue on my PC after several weeks of wondering what it was. Done replaced GPU and Motherboard, the issue was the CPU lol. Thank ya'll so much.
