Brought my Chi in for a little problem. The vet and staff listened to my concerns and worked their magic taking care of my pet. They always treat me and my Chi with the greatest of respect. And when I need refills on her Rx, they responded in less than 24 hours with meds ready for pickup.

So thankful for the help I got for my fur baby. December 22nd I called them right before they closed. I had a very elderly dog, Pearl. End of life care after a seizure. They stayed and helped her and waited until my daughter got there to say her goodbyes. Way beyond their closing time. The room was very peaceful and I’m thankful for the experience and the staff at this clinic. They are amazing. They truly care. ❤️❤️

Service was great from the time we arrived till the time we left, zero wait time with a scheduled appt. Michelle & Dr. Rowlan took the time to listen to our concerns while seeing both of our dogs in a single visit. They offer great advice & treatment options. The Pine Street crew has been great with our kids since they were puppies. Pine Street offers very reasonable rates and great customer service, 10/10 would recommend!!!
