About Pediatric Clinic

Pediatric Clinic is a healthcare facility with two locations in Central Arkansas. While the doctors, Dr. Battles and Dr. Still, are praised for their excellent medical care and compassionate approach, the clinic's administrative services seem to be lacking. Patients report difficulty in making appointments, with calls often going unanswered or not returned in a timely manner. Additionally, one doctor is noted to have made unfair judgments about a patient's father based on his appearance. Despite these issues, the clinic is still highly recommended, with one reviewer stating that it is the "best in Central AR" and that they wish they had used the clinic for their own children.

We had attended this clinic since my son was born. He is now 13 and had to get the meningitis shot, required for school. We always saw Dr. Battles who we LOVE. The last 2 visits we got Dr. Montgomery. She wanted to continue fight with me, getting hostile with us, even saying the nurse had accused me...read full review

The service as always been second to none! Parking is somehow the worst every time so I end up parking across the street. I get it, lots of business. Maybe something to look into improving, or go a different direction- valet! There are SEVERAL occasions this would be wildly beneficial. Thanks for your consideration and for the continued always amazing service!

    Do not recommend.
My daughter has a clogged tear duct and I went here to establish a pediatrician and get her referred to an eye specialist. Lourie Battles told me they could not refer me until she was caught up on her vaccines which she was behind on because we had recently moved from out of state.
The next visit was for some vaccines and a male Dr, not sure what his name was, wanted to give her 5 shots, some of which were combo vaccs, and draw blood for testing. When I told him I didn’t feel comfortable giving her that many at one time he made me feel ridiculous and ignorant. He finally agreed to 3 shots and the blood test. My daughter was irritable and didn’t...read full review
