Pediatric Clinic is a healthcare facility with two locations in Central Arkansas. While the doctors, Dr. Battles and Dr. Still, are praised for their excellent medical care and compassionate approach, the clinic's administrative services seem to be lacking. Patients report difficulty in making appointments, with calls often going unanswered or not returned in a timely manner. Additionally, one doctor is noted to have made unfair judgments about a patient's father based on his appearance. Despite these issues, the clinic is still highly recommended, with one reviewer stating that it is the "best in Central AR" and that they wish they had used the clinic for their own children.
Was billed for a vaccine that cost over $1,400 that was out of network and not covered by insurance. Was never told, nor was it disclosed that this vaccine was out of network prior to the provider rendering service. Unless you want to be billed later for a $1,400 or $600 vaccine, I would use a different clinic. Apparently, the clinic has a partnership with this corporation, so be aware of getting statements in the mail at your own expense. I will not be using this clinic again due to their partnership with out of network vaccines. That was an unnecessary cost and a dishonest practice.
We had attended this clinic since my son was born. He is now 13 and had to get the meningitis shot, required for school. We always saw Dr. Battles who we LOVE. The last 2 visits we got Dr. Montgomery. During our last visit here (the visit for the meningitis shot) Dr. Montgomery had a bad attitude immediately upon entering the room with us, inquiring why I don't trust the medical field while first sitting down, no pleasantries and this is our first time meeting. I told her covid and other things have exposed them to have more of a business interest and not human health. The service as always been second to none! Parking is somehow the worst every time so I end up parking across the street. I get it, lots of business. Maybe something to look into improving, or go a different direction- valet! There are SEVERAL occasions this would be wildly beneficial. Thanks for your consideration and for the continued always amazing service!
