Moore Heat & Air in Cabot was highly recommended to me by my pastor, and as it turns out, my experience was also top-notch professionalism. If there were more stars to give, I would. I had been waiting many, many years before being capable of affording a new duct system and condenser. Brandon (installer) assessed the work, and Kevin (owner) offered a reasonable price. Unfortunately, my home was not cooling well into June 2024 and its internal got its hottest at 89°. The installers were here a shorter time period than expected and now, the house is cooling as hoped. We had to get new units before summer and couldn’t decide which unit was right for us. Kevin allowed us to take our time making our decision and answered our many, many questions very thoroughly every time. We ended up choosing the Carrier Infinity system and are so glad we did!! The installers did a great job on installing our system and we’re loving how quiet it is! Even on high you can barely hear it running. It’s absolutely worth every penny to be cool, comfortable, and be able to hear each other talking, as the weather gets hotter outside.
