Called Sunday and Brandon was very helpful in scheduling a tech to come out first thing Monday morning to address our a/c problem. Chris showed up and was very courteous and professional, found out the problem and took care of it in a timely manner and explained what he did and what to watch for. We now have cold air blowing. Thanks Brandon for sending out Chris and thank you Chris. Purchased their maintenance package.

Not all superheroes wear capes! Thank you to the team who played a part in getting my unit installed so quickly. They replaced the AC unit and swapped out the existing heat pump with a furnace. Hillenburg's customer service is always above the rest. They take care in ensuring people feel supported in a not-so-great circumstance. I appreciate you answering my questions. The guys are respectful of homes, too. I worked with them about 4 years ago on another project, and my experience was just as positive. They arrived promptly and worked hard, and I want them to be recognized. Brandon, Chad, Chance, Chris (I think) & Daniel, YOU ROCK!!

I came home at 2:30 pm today (Friday) to find that the AC was not blowing any cold air. Thermostat was set at 77 but the thermometer was showing 82. This didn't look good. Found the breaker working but the condenser fan was not turning. Called Hillenburg just before 3 pm. Pamela answered and said someone would be here by 4 pm. At 3:10, technician Nick came over, looked at the condenser unit and he immediately identified the issue. Nick said he needed to get the part at the office.
