I’ve been a member at 10 Fitness for a couple months now and I love it. About a year and a half ago I knew I had to do something about my health so I got serious and lost 100 pounds. Now I work out at 10 Fitness and I’m doing so much better. I love coming here. Every machine you could possibly need is here and the staff is great. I highly recommend 10 Fitness in Cabot. It’s a good gym and good community in it, very packed a lot of the time but people still know how to work around each other and it’s a very good and nice environment.

I dropped one of my earbuds into one of the trash cans and I told one member of the staff. He immediately put on gloves to go in the trash to retrieve my earbud. There was no hesitation, no I'll get you don't gloves so you can get it... Just a willingness to help. That meant EVERYTHING!
