Give 5 star to my instructor "JJ' on keeping me focused on a goal and having desire to come in and work out.As for the facility maybe a 3 star: air circulation, equipment in front area repairs, sound system (do not wear my earing aids in there due to the loudness of it) and last the heat/air units the filters have NOT been changed since I started . THE BUILDING STRUCTURE AROUND UNIT IS COATED WITH CAKED UP DUST, SKIN CELLS ETC!Staff is great!
I’ve never been to a gym before and I started going to 10 fitness in Cabot about a month and a half ago. I was really nervous when I started ( still am!) but the staff has made it such a good experience. I have training with Alexis and she’s great! ?
This is a great gym. It is well equipped and maintained. It's always very clean and the staff are always nice and helpful. I really love the area to watch movies while you work out.
