I am on vacation but I got a call before he got to my house. I asked if he would call after he serviced my generator and give m a report. He called before he left my house. Very professional and I appreciate him being very helpful.
Travis was very professional and friendly. Let me know about a problem with rodents getting inside the unit and told me what I needed to do to fix the problem. Always had great service with them whether on the phone or in person.
Chris, Bradley and the entire Tri State installation team were great! Very nice and professional. They worked in 20 degree temps to get our generator setup. Will recommend Tri State to everyone I know! Thank you!
