The techs that have come to service my generator, JD and Billy J have been great. Timely work and explained the issue. As far as the product when it works it’s excellent but we’ve had some issues that concern me since the generator is less than 2 years old. We’ve had a relay board malfunction, then some other type of relay that required me to operate it manually. The latest issue, which to their credit they detected through the monitoring system, there was a ghost code they had to remove.

I started this business 40 years ago and Billy is more kind and takes care of all issues with my water system every time he comes better than every one that I trained! He has got it!All thru the years of hiring and training, Billy knows more about customer service and repairs and your day is always better after he leaves than before he got there!Don Beasley

The service man (JD) was great about explaining what he was doing and letting me know how the system came thru the maintenance. We have two generators and he gave me the same info. Very professional and a nice young man.Love having the generators. I have several health issues and this gives me peace.
