Driving through Arkansas found this lovely OTF! Not only were the members friendly and gave recommendations for the area, but the Coach was Awesome! She encouraged proper form for the strength class by showing me how my body parts should be moving and she watched me to make sure I got it! Incredibly helpful! Great class! Thank you!

Major kudos to Orange Theory in Bryant- with a specific nod to Coach Cathy. My home studio is in New Mexico, but I travel often and have tried out studios throughout the country. Cathy went out of her way to make me feel welcome. More importantly, Cathy is top notch in terms of knowledge of form, personalized attention—AND she has this great spirit about her that translates into the energy of the room and workout.
