I have used this company the last 10 years for all my A/C and Heating needs and have suggested this company to many work friends in need. But, this is the first time, that I have added a online review. The company has just recently installed 2 new A/C-Heating units in my home. Chris and Cole done an outstanding job, replied quickly and accessed the issues throughly and even upsized one of the units that was struggling to keep up with the demand. Chris and Fitz Service Company are amazing! They provide excellent service, timely responses and care about customer satisfaction. I am new to a heat pump system and have had some issues with the thermostat and general system knowledge. Chris has been more than helpful coming to my home in a timely manner to fix the issue and also educate me on the system. I highly recommend them as a trusted contractor and as a friendly face.

Great service you can find in Arkansas Chris and his crew done a fantastic job replacing my HVAC units and all the ductwork I can’t ask workmanship than this. I would highly recommend the service to my friends and family for sure. They know about the systems in and out they quick to respond to your problem and fix them quickly.
