Been years since we've actually seen Dr Bryant there. Went in last week for a flu test. When I got into a room it was filthy. Couldn't find any tissues. Had to step out of the room and interrupt the 30 min sales pitch from the sales rep who was delaying my appointment. I could hear their entire conversation through the wall. Then I got a flu test and was told I "may" hear back by the next week. Not open Fridays. It's Monday now and I am still waiting on a call back. What a HUGE waste of time. Next time I'll just go to urgent care.

I liked the nurse practitioners, but what I don’t like is you can no longer get an appointment with Dr Bryant. I’ve been seeing Dr Bryant for along time and I have health issues that I need to see an Medical doctor for not always a nurse practitioner. I’m now having to try and find a new MD to which I’m finding out a lot of doctors offices don’t have a MD you can see.

I constantly struggle getting my medicine refilled. The Pharmacy faxes over requests several times and calls them and it's always" we didn't get it " I've gone days without my thyroid medicine and if I need a refill I always let them know 2-3 days b4 I need it and I have the Pharmacy fax over request and I go a day or 2 without it. That throws my thyroid off. It's getting old. FAST
