Been coming here for about 15 or 16 years. Best Dr's and NP you can ask for. Always listen and take care of your needs. My family and several friends come here as well. Won't go any place else.
I visited this office for the 1st time and I loved how friendly everyone was. I've never had a PCP before but I know I needed one. I wanted to find a clinic and doctor I trusted and I found it here! I ended up having to schedule 2 appointments and both times they could get me in the following week which is nice. The women who drew my blood was also very friendly. I always bruise and I heeled without a bruise to be seen! I'm so happy I found this clinic!
My contact with the professional medical staff was excellent. But when I got ready to pay for my services that was a total different ball game. The woman's attitude was rude because I didn't know the name of the injection I'd received. I was over a tax collections department for delinquent taxes for 16 1/2 years and the staff in my department received written letters complimenting on how friendly and helpful they were. That speaks volume for a collection department. Maybe she was having a bad day.....still no excuse for treating a patient nasty.
