AC Unit went out around Midnight. First thing that morning called to check availability. 15+ other calls and no one could see us same day. Unfortunately they were booked but guaranteed the after hour mechanic could be there from 6pm-10pm. Around 12 they told me I actually got out on the schedule for early afternoon. Thermostat was reading 85F. Technician was there within the hour, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it within 5 minutes. Very responsive and customer friendly. Thanks to BR McGinty for saving my 8mo pregnant wife from a heat stroke or going insane ? 10/10 recommend.
We have been using BR McGinty for the past several years. They are full service and always so nice and helpful and remind me when it’s time to our unit serviced. We bought out heating/air conditioner from them several years ago and have had no issues at all. I highly recommend them.
We called three companies for estimates on a new heating system when our old one went out. Two companies, BR McGinty being one of them, promptly came to give us estimates. The other company's rep failed to contact us for two days, so obviously was out of the running. The McGinty quote was the better of the two we got, and while both reps were personable, the McGinty rep spent far more time explaining things and making sure we understood our options.
