Changed to this vet clinic since they are locally owned and like to support other locally owned businesses. Very unhappy with this vet clinic and their policies. Decided after our first visit (which was crazy hard to even get due to the deposit and policy of only one dog at a time as new patients) that I would give them another chance. It was more than the corporate office for EVERY service and they nickel and dimed me to death on the bill. Fast forward and I have a question about my dog, “sorry we cannot help or see you soon.”
Next year we go back again for annual visit. Still more expensive. Another issue with my dog today and called for advice. They say it is their policy not to give advice. Why do I have a relationship with a vet if they are unwilling to help. I have to pay for another service called AirVet to get advice about a raw spot from her grooming and what is safe to use on it.
Absolutely do not recommend! Very unsatisfied patient!

I truly couldn’t be happier with the care we receive every single time we bring our fur babies here.
From the moment you walk in, Monica at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind and the fact that she remembers my cats means more than she probably knows. It really is the little things!
The vet assistants are amazing and so gentle, giving all the cuddles to help keep our pets calm and comfortable. And Dr. Scott is absolutely fantastic, thorough, knowledgeable, and someone I fully trust with my fur babies.
After a rough experience with a weekend ER vet following a major surgery (where an entire wound was unfortunately missed), I brought my cat to Dr. Scott. He immediately took the situation seriously and made sure she received the proper care she needed. Thanks to him, she’s now completely healed and back to her happy, normal self.
So grateful to have a vet team I trust wholeheartedly. Highly recommend to any pet parent!

I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else! If they saw racoons, I'd bring my girls too! They truly do care about the animals, and it shows!! 💜 I'd give them 100 stars if I could!

Dr Scott and the entire staff are the best at their jobs. They all are so kind and they are patient and loving. They know us by name and all of our animals. Just a phone call and they jump into helping in any way.

This entire office showed true concern for my cat, who unfortnately died due to his previous vet's negligence. The vet here tried to save him. It was too late. I have moved the care of all my remaining pets here.

I’ve been debating all day to post this. I had almost no time to react when I was handed the bill because it got pretty packed in there. They certainly have good customer service, and you will pay for it.
I brought in a stray cat who recently had kittens. The babies knead her stomach while feeding, caused an injure and it got badly infected.
Maybe it’s me for not having more knowledge of the veterinarian world, but my god, I cannot believe what I paid to help this animal. Charged me $50 to wrap a bandage on her. I wish I would have known, I would have declined that service and just had them do “wound Care - Level 2”, or honestly I wish I would have gone elsewhere. I have been told by another clinic they would have charged me a little over half of what I paid here, which is what I was honestly expecting. She’ll be going to this other clinic for her check up.
I expect and want nothing for free, this bill is insane though. I feel like they definitely took advantage of this emergency. Oh well.

They hoop and holler play and never get anything done. Make you wait forever and ruin your day. And then they lie about when you were supposed to arrive after you’ve been there for over 30 minutes. Extremely unprofessional and simply cannot trust them to take care of my animal.
