We had an issue with a service technician they contract out to, but once we contacted the owner, they were very understanding. Greg actually came out and installed our new water heater himself. His customer service was great, as well as the service provided. He even stayed for a few minutes afterwards to help me with a water pressure issue in my bathtub! A Clean Service. My husband and I were having problems with the tub and the dishwasher not draining properly. We had tried everything for the tub and nothing worked. We called a few places and decided to go with this company. I will be completely honest in saying that at first I was completely skeptical, but boy did they deliver. Upon their arrival, the first thing I look at is the cleanliness of their work ? truck. Not only did they park on the side of the road, but the white work truck and trailer was spotless.
