“Southern was there with us throughout this process. We had a new roof installed during Covid. Unknown to us they did horrible work. Then we got solar panels which hid the damage done by the previous roofers. “7-years ago, I had called Charles Sharp Roofing for a roof repair. I had to call them again on 12/5/2025. My ceiling was wet in the living room and plus other areas. Keith and his crew was able to come out 12/6/2025 and place a new roof. They placed my roof in one day. They also placed my gutters on 12/8/2025. This team is punctual and efficient. They're clean up is great and Keith assessed the perimeters of the house to ensure nothing was left. The communication was superb. Forgive me for forgetting her name, but she is amazing. I work late and she kept me updated through text, pictures, and videos of the roof condition before, during, and after installation. I plan on calling them back for some sidings on my house. In my opinion, they are an amazing company. If you have any roof and gutter problem, don't hesitate, call Charles Sharp Roofing! ? You won't be disappointed.

“Had a good experience with Ridout while building a house. They had a really efficient, competent cabinet guy, Blake, that had great ideas for laying out cabinets and would bring up points that you wouldn't think about. He was awesome, then i got transferred to a younger kid to take over the cabinets and he wasn't as attentive. Forgetful, slow to communicate via email or text, not as much experience. It ended up being ok bc the entire cabinet work-up was laid-out and designed by Blake but i was not impressed with the new guy. Everything else was a good experience, windows, doors, flooring, tile. They have a really good carpenter, Tim, who really knows his stuff. I don't know if he still works there. The women at the flooring center are great, too. Allison has a lot of good hints and tips for you and the other lady is quieter but exceptionally knowledgeable, as well. Never had any issues with deliveries, etc.“
