Just left my doctor appointment and I must say the staff did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. I’m a very hard stick, always have been but the nursing staff Becky, Jalisa, and Mackenzie all did a great job with getting my labs done. The provider Kourtney was also very detailed and informative. Everyone i encountered today had a smile on their face and was very friendly.

Courtney always takes the time to listen as we describe symptoms and help us get the treatment needed, referring us to a specialist if necessary. She is very caring and excellent at her job.

I was up all night in severe pain. I went to the facility on hwy 64 in Augusta (for the first time). Everyone was extremely professional and I was seen very quickly. They gave me the correct diagnosis and shot because an hour later I was at 95 percent. Can't thank them enough.
