Scott did a wonderful job when we needed an inspector for a home. He was very thorough and explained everything very well in his report. Since we live out of state, we were not able to attend the inspection, but Scott left great notes and answered anything we needed. Valerie was also a pleasure to work with over the phone and explained the process very well. I would (and already have) recommended Boyle Property Inspections to others!

Very pleased with the services of BPI. Scott and Valarie very reliable on time and customer communication. BPI saved us likely several thousand dollars on a new construction home. Very knowledgeable of construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing codes. Being a certified inspector myself as ICC Residential Building Inspector, I was extremely amazed at the findings Scott noted. Amazing, I will tell everyone I know about the Boyles.
