Heard them advertised on the radio. I called and they scheduled me the same day. The technician was very likable and had a 10 year employment history with the company. He was very knowledgeable and informative and explained what he was doing and why. His visit did not take very long even though he checked a couple of other things to make sure nothing else other than what he diagnosed, was the issue. I highly recommend and will use them again.
