I love my provider Taesha Winford which is why I put up with this but it is getting harder and harder to justify taking off work to get across town to be on time only to sit in the lobby 20 minutes before even being called back. I should not have to take off work an hour and a half for a local appointment that lasts maybe 10 minutes. My appointment was at 900 and it's 940 still sitting here waiting to be seen. I do NOT MIND A PHONE CALL TELLING ME YOU'RE BEHIND OR AN EMERGENCY, HAS COME UP AND TO COME LATER. It has been this way consistently not just today. I do not understand it and am getting tired of burning my PTO to sit and wait when I am on time.
I had such a good appointment. They were all so caring, gentle, understanding, and reassures me they cared . I have a serious phobia of doctors so this helped tremendously to not be scared to go. I give them a 10 out of 10
I absolutely love Regina Jeffery and Dr. Richter. They're straightforward and listen to your concerns no matter how weird and unrelated the concerns may seem. Regina takes the time to explain results and diagnoses which you don't seem to get with a lot of doctors anymore.
