I had such a good appointment. They were all so caring, gentle, understanding, and reassures me they cared . I have a serious phobia of doctors so this helped tremendously to not be scared to go. I give them a 10 out of 10
I absolutely love Regina Jeffery and Dr. Richter. They're straightforward and listen to your concerns no matter how weird and unrelated the concerns may seem. Regina takes the time to explain results and diagnoses which you don't seem to get with a lot of doctors anymore.
I have been a patient of Dr Richter for roughly 14 years. I have never been disappointed in any way with him as my physician untill today and it has nothing to do with his attention. One thing I always loved about his clinic was the prompt scheduling. Today ii had to wait 45 minutes. Never has that happened. I was sad to learn the Patricia Kilbourn iis no longer there. She always took care of me with compassion and understanding. She was good at her job. I will miss her.
