Tri City Granite went above and beyond to get use the perfect new counters on a quick timeline. They helped us stay on budget, while maintaining quality. We had a short timeline to get them in before other aspects of a remodel, and they made it happen. Very professional and communicated well through the whole process.
I give this place 1 star because the rating doesn’t go any lower. I haven’t done business personally with these people but I did have the rude opportunity to speak with a very rude woman there. I tried to explain my mail drugs were going there instead of me. I tried to tell her what pharmacy told me and she got rude and hung up on me!!! I wouldn’t do business with this place if they were the only ones with “Anything” to sell!
Very happy with my experience!!! Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Installers were professional and did beautiful work.
