“The staff at QC Kinetix are amazing and caring, and they treat you like family. My husband was having extreme back pain and was to the point that he was crawling to the bathroom. He already had lower back surgery in 2007 and was not wanting to do that again. We heard about QC Kinetix on the radio and had to try something. My husband felt relief after the very first injection. Then after the second one he was feeling so much better and moving around on his own with a lot less pain. The funny thing was when we told Layne the nurse practitioner who does the injections about how well it was working and she laughed and said great… we haven’t even started putting the good stuff into you yet! We all laughed and my husband was so excited to know that he was going to get better! After what we thought was the fifth and final injection appointment the staff at QC Kinetix said if at any time in the near future you need to come back because you’re not feeling perfect, please do at no extra charge! My husbands case was extreme and ultimately had to get surgery anyways because of other issues that were caused by nerve damage and scar tissue from his previous surgery. But the fact that Layne and her coworkers got him out of pain for several months before his surgery is just amazing and we thank them so much for it. We even went back a month after his surgery to get another injection just to help with the healing process. They even said if you don’t feel the way you want in a few months, come back and we’ll help you again! You don’t find that kind of treatment anywhere. We would and have recommended QC Kinetix to so many and will continue to recommend them in the future. It really is amazing what they can do for you and your way of life at their office.
